Shippers & Turnaround Time
Eagle Valley Outfitters ships using UPS. We may add other options in the near future. Our typical turnaround time for shipping orders is one business day, although this may vary depending on order volume. When your order ships, we will email you with tracking information if such information is available.
We do not insure shipments as a matter of course. If you would like your shipment insured for full value, please note this in the comments field on the Cart page, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1.989.846.1809 with your order number. We will adjust your final total as necessary. If your insured shipment is damaged, contact us within 24 hours so we can begin the claims process. After this period, we may or may not be able to get an insurance claim processed, so your best bet is to contact us as soon as you notice damage.
Purchasers Must Know the Law
You as the purchaser are expected to know and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Knowing and following all applicable laws are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
ITAR and Shipping Outside the US
Items that fall under the export jurisdiction of the Office of Defense Trade Controls (ODTC), U.S. Department of State, are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). These products cannot be transferred, trans-shipped on a non-continuous voyage, or otherwise be disposed of in any other country, either in its original form or after being incorporated into other end items, without the prior written consent of the U.S. Department of State as evidenced through the issuance of a valid permanent export license. For this reason, we cannot ship orders to addresses or APOs outside the United States. Thank you for your understanding.
We must collect sales tax for all orders with a shipping address in Michigan.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, you may return it in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund.
Purchases returned within 30 days to our store shall receive a refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes that were issued in the original form of payment.
Items must be returned in new or like-new condition, and in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit. Store refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchases.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective
If you don't have your receipt, your return is eligible only for an in store credit for the lowest selling price within the previous 30 days. Valid identification is required for all non–receipted returns. Eagle Valley Outfitters (EVO) reserves the right to deny any return.
Exchange items will not ship out with Free Shipping.
Credit Card Purchases - Your refund will be credited to the original credit card.
Gift Certificate Purchases - Your refund will be issued in the form of an EVO Gift Certificate.
Gift Recipients - Your refund will be issued as an EVO gift certificate.
Checks - There will be a 14-day waiting period before you can return any products then your refund will be given back as cash.
Defective products are returnable for 10 days without restocking fees. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee up to a maximum of $10 per item for returns.
Firearms, Ammunition, Powders & Primers cannot be returned due to Federal Laws. ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL.
National brand optics, electronics may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. After the 30 day period these items must be returned to the manufacturer. All manufacturer warranties are in effect
Holiday or Seasonal Merchandise Refunds - Will be refunded at the current clearance price.
Discounts or promotions - Any product that is returned without a promotional item, which was included in the original transaction, will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded.
Eagle Valley Outfitters will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order.
Eagle Valley Outfitters reserves the right to amend or change our return policy at any time. All changes will be posted here on our website. The return policy in effect at the time the order is placed will apply to your return.
